Moist Banana Bread in Cup

Holla! I’m back with my ultimate favorite recipe… which is a Banana Bread. This time i’m planning to share it to my neighbor, so i decided to make it in a muffin mold. It’s such an easy recipe and yet so delicious, the insight is really moist and dense! Alright, without any further ado, let’s go through the recipe, shall we?

Banana Bread (yield 18 – 20 cups)

Ingredients      :
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 3         Eggs
  • 150 gr    Brown Sugar
  • 50  gr    Castor Sugar
  • 115 ml    Milk
  • 80  gr    Oil
  • 300 gr    Banana
  • Dry Ingredients
  • 250 gr    Flour
  • 20  gr    Baking Powder

Directions                 :

  1. Smash banana in a bowl and set it aside (make sure you are using a very ripe banana which is has a lot of black spot on the skin and when you touch it, it’s really soft. the softer the better because it will give you the texture and natural sweetness.)
  2. Grab another clean bowl, mix all the wet ingredients , then add smashed banana into, and mix it well using a whisk.
  3. On another bowl sift Flour and baking powder together, and gradually add into the banana batter and mix it thoroughly.
  4. Scoop the batter using an ice cream scoops to get a same amount of batter in every cups.
  5. Then bake it in preheated oven (160°C) for 40 – 45 min.
